Washburn's Boat Yard encourages and supports the ongoing training of its people. We send our crew to training sessions and workshops on a regular basis. Many of our technicians have certifications from Mercury Marine, Mercruiser, Volvo gas and diesel including IPS, Naiad Stabilizers, Northern Lights, Dometic/Sealand, Side-Power Thrusters, Garmin, ABYC and many more and we always perform to ABYC guidelines.
